These terms apply to every booking made on this site.
Role of the platform
The platform publishes the excursions of independent agencies, collects the payments and pays the agencies. Its service fee is 0.00 % of the price of the excursion.
Cancellation and refund
Each excursion states its own policy. These are the ones an agency can choose from:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure
- Full refund of the excursion price if you cancel at least 7 days before the departure time.
- 50% refund of the excursion price if you cancel between 7 days and 1 day before the departure time.
- No refund if you cancel less than 1 day before the departure time.

Free cancellation up to 3 days before departure
- Full refund of the excursion price if you cancel at least 3 days before the departure time.
- 50% refund of the excursion price if you cancel between 3 days and 1 day before the departure time.
- No refund if you cancel less than 1 day before the departure time.

Free cancellation up to 1 day before departure
- Full refund of the excursion price if you cancel at least 1 day before the departure time.
- No refund if you cancel less than 1 day before the departure time.

Non-refundable
- This excursion is non-refundable.
Claims
A claim can be filed up to 14 days after the excursion. The agency answers it; the platform decides when the two do not agree.
